The project encompassed the development of an e-commerce platform designed to augment the online presence of GLM Group, accessible via their website www.glmgroup.co.ke. A key component of this initiative was the seamless integration of online payment processing, enabling customers to remit payment for purchased goods directly to the designated bank.Furthermore, mobile payment solutions, specifically MPESA, were incorporated to broaden payment accessibility and cater to a wider customer base. Preliminary reports from the client indicate a discernible increase in online traffic following the implementation of the e-commerce platform, suggesting a positive impact on user engagement and website visibility.
